2 Solubility Freely soluble in water; insoluble in ether. Miscible with alcohol.

5 Specific gravity 1.241 to 1.250.
6 Refractive Index 1.521 to 1.526.
7 pH 3.5 to 7.0.
8 Water Determination Not more than 5.0 %.
