1 Appearance It occurs as white or almost white, unctuous flakes, granules or mass.

3 Solubility practically insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol (96 %). When melted, it is miscible with fatty oils, with liquid paraffin and with melted wool fat.
4 Appearance of solution The solution is clear and not more intensely coloured than reference solution B6.
5 Melting point 57°C to 60°C.
6 Acid value Not more than 1.0.
7 Hydroxyl value 197 to 217.
8 Iodine value Not more than 2.0.

PACKAGING

MOLHOL® ST is packed in HDPE bag or drum with double PE liners inside and is provided with a barcoded label and a tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. It is preserved in well-closed containers.
